Pwnie Express to Offer Agencies Threat Detection Platform Through GSA Contract Vehicle

cybersecurityPwnie Express will offer and provide a company-built security threat detection technology to U.S. government agencies through an acquisition contract vehicle run by the General Services Administration.

The company said Tuesday it also partnered with gvTechSolutions to help customer agencies protect their infrastructure assets from attacks with the Pwn Pulse platform.

“Adversaries know that organizations, both in the private and public sector, spend most of their security budgets on physical and network security,” Pwnie Express CEO Paul Paget said.

Paget added the company designed its platform for organizations to assess and monitor risks from multiple devices.

Pwn Pulse is built to automatically detect wired and wireless devices that government personnel use in their workplaces and that can open pathways for hackers to infiltrate agencies’ critical infrastructure.
