Sudeep Dharan, formerly senior vice president of product development at Razorsight, has joined cloud-based talent management software provider Acendre as chief technology officer.
He will oversee the development and implementation of Acendre’s technology goals and product roadmap, Acendre said Monday.
“Sudeep brings a strong track record of technology-driven innovation that will enable us to meet future customer requirements and deliver our mission to empower organizations to improve their overall workforce performance,†said Mike Giuffrida, co-founder and CEO of Acendre.
Dharan was most recently responsible for implementing technology tools for Razorsight products.
The 25-year industry veteran served as vice president of engineering, support and information technology at Netuitive Inc. before he joined Razorsight.
Dharan previously held the roles of CTO at SMARTHINKING Inc., SVP of product development and services at Intelliworks, managing director at Trados, senior director of engineering labs at Legato Systems, VP of operations and technology at Salestar and several positions at Informix.
