The Mentor-Protege Program aims to develop partnerships between small businesses and GSA prime contractors, promote business development among smaller firms and help such companies compete for federal contracts, CenturyLink said Thursday.
CenturyLink will advise Pathway Partners on contract compliance and management, sales and marketing, technical training, engineering and business development areas through the initiative.
“CenturyLink is proud to participate in GSA’s Mentor-Protege Program and help a small, veteran-owned business like Pathway Partners grow and expand its business,” said Tim Meehan, senior vice president and general manager of CenturyLink's federal business.
CenturyLink said it will also perform joint projects with Pathway Partners in the areas of project management, transition support, inventory management and security services.
Virginia-based Pathway Partners is a veteran-owned small business that provides technical and management consulting services for government and commercial clients.
