SkyLink Aviation has appointed Rima Saleh as president and Philip Hampson as executive chairman to take over the positions vacated by David Dacquino, who will transition out as the company’s president and CEO, SkyLink said in a press release Tuesday.
GovCon Wire reported Thursday Dacquino will join Serco Inc. as senior vice president of the defense services business unit.
“I am very proud of the SkyLink team and their continued work and dedication during this time of transformation,” Dacquino said in the release.
He will remain in the SkyLink board of directors during the transition.
Saleh is currently executive vice president for business development while Hampson is chairman of the board at SkyLink.
“Rima Saleh and I look forward to continuing the business development plans for SkyLink and we also look forward to working closely with our senior management team and all of our associates around the world to execute SkyLink’s transformation process,” Hampson said.
