Gina Gallagher Joins AOC Key Solutions as President

Gina Gallagher, a 20-year federal market veteran, has been named president of Chantilly, Virginia-based proposal development consulting company AOC Key Solutions.

She has previously served as vice president of sales and marketing at Systems Made Simple for five years and has played a key role in the company’s pursuit of various health information technology contracts in the government sector, AOC Key Solutions said Wednesday.

Prior to Systems Made Simple, Gallagher held senior executive positions at DynCorp and information technology firms TitanLEADS Corp. and Satyam.

Her prior roles include a combination of corporation strategic planning, business development and teaming arrangement for competitive acquisition programs.

She began her career at Hewlett-Packard as account manager of defense contracts and director of business development within HP’s Electronic Data Systems business.
