WBBJeffrey Cohen, a 26-year U.S. Air Force veteran, has been appointed vice president of capture and proposals at government services contractor Whitney, Bradley & Brown.

Cohen has over three decades of proposal management and business development experience in both public and commercial sectors, WBB said Tuesday.

“We are proud to have [Cohen] on the team and are excited for the changes he will bring to the table,” said Robert Olsen, chief operating officer at WBB.

Prior to WBB, Cohen worked as a proposal consultant at Sound Solutions Consulting.

He is also a former capture manager and senior program manager from Foxhole Technology and group leader at Systems Planning and Analysis.

Cohen retired from the Air Force in 2007 with the rank of colonel and holds a foundation-level certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
