The Agriculture Department has awarded Acendre a spot on a potential five-year, $92 million blanket purchase agreement to provide human resources platforms for USDA’s national finance center.
NFC supports more than 170 federal agencies as a certified shared services center of the Office of Personnel Management, Acendre said Tuesday.
Under the BPA, Acendre will offer its performance management platform and talent acquisition tool to NFC in an effort help federal agencies improve the recruitment process and appraisal of government employees.
Both platforms are equipped with the Acendre-built Natural Talent’s People Analytics cloud-based tool designed to provide HR executives and line managers with insights on performance management and recruitment processes through dashboards.
The company won a position on the BPA through a competitive bidding process.
Acendre rebranded in July 2015 from its prior name of NGA.net.
