CAE said Wednesday Branco will succeed Stephane Lefebvre, who will move on to take a leadership role at le Cirque du Soleil.
“I am very pleased to welcome Sonya Branco in her new role of CFO,” said CAE President and CEO Marc Parent.
“Sonya is a highly skilled and successful financial executive and a strong leader within CAE.”
