Neel Mehta
Bill Bennett serves as Director of AECOM‘s Defense Department and Intelligence Community information technology services programs.
Bennett worked at Engility‘s TASC subsidiary as director of the defense business unit before he joined AECOM in April 2015.
He has also led the U.S. Army and defense intelligence group at CGI Federal and was a principal systems engineer with Lockheed Martin‘s enterprise integration group.
Before joining the private sector through Lockheed in 2008, Bennett held various leadership positions in the Army for 25 years with assignments across the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.
His retired from military service after working as chief of staff to the DoD director of operational test and evaluation, for whom he oversaw 300 DoD and missile defense acquisition programs.
He has completed advanced studies at the University of Vienna, Johns Hopkins University, National War College and National Defense University.
