Janet Oliver

Janet Oliver serves as senior vice president of business development at Vectrus, where she manages the U.S. Government service providers business development functions with the U.S. ArmyAir ForceNavyMarine CorpsNASA and other civilian agencies.

She also manages strategic planning and M&A activities for the Colorado Springs-based company and previously led its U.S. and Europe business line.

Her seven years at the company include two years with Exelis Inc, the former parent where Vectrus operated as the mission systems business unit until the September 2014 spinoff into the independent, publicly-traded company known as Vectrus. When she joined in 2009, the company was part of the ITT Defense business.

Prior to ITT, Exelis and Vectrus, she served as VP of the mission support services business line in Shaw Group’s federal division and spent nine years as executive VP for marketing and business development for a Fluor Corp., subsidiary.

Oliver is also an 11-year veteran of PAE, where she served as the program manager for an operations and maintenance contract at the U.S. embassy in Moscow and also held assignments in support of the State Department and other civilian agencies. Her time at PAE also includes work with the U.S. Navy and other Defense Department customers.

She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Arizona.
