Neel Mehta
Nancy McCarthy is vice president of federal sales at software and digital services provider Axway.
She brings more than two decades of experience in business development, sales, strategic relationships and management to the company.
McCarthy also serves as president of the CEO Rainmaker Roundtable and prior to joining Axway was CEO and president of sales consulting firm/coaching DC Rainmakers, which she founded in 2004.
She has held sales leadership roles responsible for federal government markets at various companies such as General Electric, LexisNexis, McGraw-Hill and COMSAT.
The certified business management coach spent nearly six years as chairman and vice chair of the business development and sales committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and will be going on to join the organization’s cybersecurity steering committee.
McCarthy has a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and is a member of various organizations, including AFCEA, INSA, the International Coach Federation, Association for Corporate Growth and the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce.
She holds a bachelor’s degree and a pending master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.
