LinQuest has received a potential five-year, $67.8 million task order from the U.S. Air Force to provide technical support services to the space and missile systems center’s remote sensing systems directorate.
The service branch received three offers for the task order that was awarded under the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business contract vehicle, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will include planning, security assistance, policy implementation, test and evaluation, and launch and post-launch support for the RS directorate.
The RS directorate is responsible for the development, sustainment and deployment of infrared surveillance platforms in support of missile defense, technical intelligence, battlespace awareness and environmental monitoring operations.
LinQuest will perform work at USAF air bases in California and Colorado through Nov. 22, 2021, according to DoD.
The space and missile systems center will obligate $14 million from fiscal 2016 space procurement funds at the time of award.
OASIS SB is a small business set-aside program designed to function as a procurement vehicle for commercial, non-commercial, complex and multidisciplinary professional services.
