Falls Church, Virginia-based nonprofit research organization Noblis has been named a finalist for the 2016 edition of the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum awards.
SECAF has listed the nonprofit organization among the top finalists for its small business partner of the year award bestowed upon government contractors and industry players reliant on small businesses, Noblis said Tuesday.
