technology, cyber, cloud, computerDMI and Telit have partnered to develop an Internet of Things platform intended to help organizations connect devices to web-based or mobile applications and enterprise systems.

The cloud-based Telit IoT Portal is designed to offer a single access point for customers to integrate their data from remote equipment with databases, apps and dashboards, DMI said Thursday.

“As the Internet of Things continues its exponential growth around the world, enterprises are challenged to produce tangible business results through the connection of IT systems and M2M-enabled devices,” noted Sunny Bajaj, DMI founder and CEO.

Bajaj added the partnership aims to help enterprise clients realize the value of IoT technology.

DMI and Telit also seek to combine their expertise in monitoring and control, industrial automation, asset tracking, field service operations and predictive maintenance as part of efforts to deliver business intelligence to customers across multiple industries.
