Parsons Government Services will offer advisory and assistance services including facility and infrastructure planning, programming, design, acquisition, construction and configuration management, the Defense Department said Thursday.

The company will also provide support for site activation, deployment and integration of real property during Ballistic Missile Defense System mission deployments, DoD added.

MDA will obligate $1.97 million from fiscal 2016 research and development funds for work that will be conducted at several facilities in the National Capital Region, Alabama, Virginia, New York, California, Alaska and Hawaii in the U.S. as well as in Romania, Poland, Japan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia through June 2017.

DoD added that requirements of the contract would cover global BMDS facilities operations and compliance with environmental policies.
