The U.S. Air Force has awarded ASRC Federal a potential five-year, $190 million contract to help the 71st Flying Training Wing run and maintain the Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma.
ASRC Federal said Thursday the contract covers installation, engineering, transportation, communication and inventory and supply management services.
The company will also provide operations support for on-site and auxiliary field fire departments.
“We look forward to supporting the Air Force through this contract and working with them to maintain and improve base operations services at Vance Air Force Base,” said Mark Gray, ASRC Federal president and CEO.
The 71st FTW, part of the Air Education and Training Command, trains pilots for the Air Force and its military allies as well as prepare expeditionary force warriors for deployment to support combatant commanders.
