DynCorpLogoDynCorp International has secured two task orders worth a combined $11.8 million from the State Department through the Afghanistan Life Support Services contract.

The company will work to deliver regional security officer services to the U.S. embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, as part of a potential $10.7 million task order with one-year base term and four option years, DynCorp said Tuesday.

The second task order is worth approximately $1.1 million and calls for DynCorp to provide waste management support services, including the development and maintenance of drain line and waste removal initiatives in Kabul.

This award contains a base term of one year and three option years, the company said.
