ExecutiveBiz: What technological advancement do you feel will most significantly impact your business in 2016?

Tom Verbeck: As the Federal Government is held accountable for every cent spent, and the amount of available manpower within the DOD, and other large Federal Agencies, is stagnant or less… more and more work will be done with advances in self-service technology (do more with less).  Additionally, that technology will move to the “internet of things” …with actions started on a home computer; continued on a personal hand held device, and finished at the office, or on a Government KIOSK.  Finally, when you add the power of artificial intelligence, what we will eventually call the ‘office’ will dramatically change.
