Kitty Nix, Phil De-Bodene Take SVP Roles at Three Wire Systems

Three Wire System logoThree Wire Systems has appointed Kitty Nix, a former director at Serco‘s North American subsidiary, as senior vice president of strategy and development and named Phil De-Bodene, former vice president of business development at Calibre Systems, as SVP of BD.

Nix and De-Bodene will be responsible for helping develop and implement Three Wire’s business development and growth initiatives in the government consulting market, the company said Monday.

Nix brings 19 years of experience in consulting, business and organizational development, capture, program and human capital management, best practice processes and program implementation to her new position.

De-Bodene is a 25-year industry veteran whose background includes senior management roles in business process reengineering, personnel and performance management and program development and implementation.

He has previously managed Calibre’s work on various government contracts, including support for the Veterans Benefit Administration’s Vow to Hire Heroes Act/Veterans Employment Initiative Transition Assistance Program.
