TeraThink EMTeraThink has won a potential five-year, $29 million contract from the Naval Supply Systems Command to provide program management support for the Joint Staff’s enterprise business accountability system.

The company will also perform systems integration for the Joint Staff’s invoice processing platform and governance, risk and compliance systems, explore options for cloud hosting, budget and issue funds across combatant commands, and prepare monthly budget reports under the contract, TeraThink said Tuesday.

The Joint Staff’s EBAS is a Momentum-based enterprise resource planning platform designed to manage budget and financial operations.

Paul Lombardi, TeraThink CEO and President, said the company aims to help customers manage audit readiness activities and fraud risks with technology.

The company currently provides Momentum ERP support services to the Defense Logistics Agency and Washington Headquarters Services.

Reston, Virginia-based TeraThink is a Native American-owned company that offers information technology and management consulting services to the federal government sector.
