Qualtrics has achieved “in-process” status under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for its cloud-based insight collection and analysis platform.
The software company said Wednesday the Department of Health and Human Services sponsors its efforts to obtain compliance certification at the moderate level.
Ryan Smith, co-founder and CEO of Qualtrics, said the in-process status helps make the Insight Platform more accessible to government customers.
The cloud offering works to collect and analyze feedback from citizens, employees and the community within a single platform to aid programs in public services, public safety, citizen engagement and quality of life, Qualtrics noted.
