IDC Report Labels Unisys a “Leader” Among Systems Integrators for Feds; PV Puvvada Comments

An IDC MarketScape report designated Unisys a “leader” among systems integrators that serve the U.S. federal government and recognized the company’s security and cloud portfolio.

Unisys said Friday the vendor assessment report noted the company’s offerings such as the Unisys Stealth micro-segmentation software and its DevOps and Agile software development methodologies.

The company added the IDC report also indicate that government customers point to Unisys’ capacity to supply technical insights and understanding of government requirements and specific agency mission requirements.

PV Puvvada, president of Unisys’ federal business, said the IDC MarketScape report reflects the company’s effort to address the needs of federal government clients.
