new-microsoft-logo_EMMicrosoft Corp. has introduced a pricing calculator designed to help government  customers to estimate the cost of using the company’s Azure cloud computing platform.

Spenser Bullock, Azure Government blog manager, wrote in an article published Tuesday that customer agencies can choose two US Gov regions that Microsoft has added to the pricing tool and calculate their monthly bill.

He added Azure Government users can also download the estimate for personal use and reporting after they have completed the calculation.

Agencies can purchase the cloud service through Microsoft’s licensed Azure Government service providers or partners, according to Bullock.
