r1l-d1TEGAM has received a $1 million contract to produce portable micro-ohmmeter and resistance temperature detector measurement bridge for use in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear power test programs.

The company said said Tuesday it will provide Model R1L-D1 equipment to the service branch over the next five years.

TEGAM’s bond meters and micro ohmmeters are built to help engineers and maintenance personnel conduct bond testing and low-resistance measurement.

The Cleveland, Ohio-based company also manufactures four-wire resistance probes and test leads that work with various TEGAM products as well as tools from other manufacturers.
