Hitachi Data Systems and Above Security have forged an alliance to offer information security consulting services in North America which will follow a unified governance, risk and framework.
Above Security said Tuesday the partnership will look to address security issues through collaborative partnerships with customers as opposed to the use of quick-fix technologies that might confuse corporate information technology teams.
“In today’s landscape of high-impact cyber threats and skyrocketing cybercriminal activity, businesses have increasing pressure to withstand unexpected security events, avoid threats to corporate and customer data assets, and protect their brands and reputations,” said Ray Georges Chehata, Above Security president and CEO.
Above Security added that the team will assess control maturity and gaps with the use of control frameworks such as ISO and NIST then offer services designed to defend against cybercrime and data theft.
