Brian Harper Takes Senior Executive Director Role at Sabre Systems

Brian Harper

Brian Harper, formerly managing director of Deloitte‘s consulting business, has joined technology and mission support services contractor Sabre Systems as senior executive director of operations.

Sabre Systems said Harper will manage U.S. Navy and federal civilian programs for the Warrington, Pennsylvania-based company in his new position.

During his industry career, Harper has managed accounts for customer agencies such as  the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Transportation Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
He previously worked at Deloitte for eight years after he served as a senior manager at BearingPoint from 2000 to 2009.

Before that, he was a senior manager role at KPMG from 1998 to 2000 and a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1993 to 1998.
