EPAY Systems Obtains FedRAMP Certification for Human Capital Mgmt Offerings - top government contractors - best government contracting eventEPAY Systems has gained Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program certification to offer its human capital management platforms to government agencies.

The company said Monday it aims to support government “Cloud First” initiatives and help federal customers manage and secure information.

EPAY Systems implemented measures to reduce cyber risks as well as increase uptime and resistance to data exfiltration in the company’s products before it secured FedRAMP approval.

The certification process required EPAY Systems to implement technical engineering changes, meet more than 350 security controls, pass a security authorization and hire a FedRAMP-approved third-party organization to run an independent audit of the company’s cloud system.

EPAY Systems will also undergo continuous assessment that includes monthly vulnerability scans of all operating systems, infrastructure, databases and web applications to maintain FedRAMP certification.

Chicago, Illinois-based EPAY Systems also offers human resource and administrative services such as recruiting and applicant tracking; new hire onboarding; benefits administration; HR management; time tracking; workforce management; and payroll processing support.
