A Koniag subsidiary has received a contract of an undisclosed value to help the Air Force Space Command manage, update and maintain financial management systems and business process re-engineering functions.
Koniag Services Inc. will support information technology systems and networks of AFSPC, the command’s comptroller units, the Air Force Academy and their related financial management platforms, the company said Tuesday.
“This project is critical in supporting the transformational improvements of the USAF Financial Management Directorate,” KSI President Kelly Mire said.
KSI will also test, analyze, identify and address technical problems of financial systems under the contract.
Work also covers configuration and tuning of network operating systems; network management; and installation and evaluation of software.
