The U.S. Army has awarded Cubic a potential $40.4 million contract to provide mission support services to the Joint Readiness Training Center located at Fort Polk in Louisiana.
Cubic’s defense business segment will perform contract work through June 27, 2018, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
DoD noted the service branch is obligating $23.4 million in fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
The Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command solicited and received one bid for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.
