ACT I Gets Task Order to Support USAF Exercise Program; Claudio Monticelli Comments

Advanced Concepts and Technologies International has secured a three-year task order to provide exercise program support to the U.S. Air Force‘s Eighth Air Force organization headquartered at Barksdale AF Base in Louisiana.

ACT I said the order covers planning, scheduling, tasking and monitoring the participation of Eighth Air Force in the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff’s command post and field training exercises.

The company added it will develop exercise and joint exercise training objectives under the task order.

Claudio Monticelli, ACT I chief operating officer, said the company will provide joint exercise training development and participation support to help the Eighth Air Force carry out strategic deterrence and global engagement.

Eighth Air Force is a general purpose numbered Air Force that controls U.S. strategic bomber assets across the world.

ACT I received the order through the pool 1 of the General Services Administration‘s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business contract vehicle.
