Carahsoft to Market Nvidia Virtualization, Deep Learning Tools via NASA SEWP Vehicle; Craig Abod Quoted

Carahsoft Technology has agreed to offer virtualization and programmable graphics processing unit-powered deep learning tools from Nvidia to public sector customers through NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-wide Procurement vehicle.

Nvidia designed its technology offerings to help clients analyze huge amounts of data, implement virtual desktop infrastructure and manage data security and information technology performance, Carahsoft said Tuesday.

Products covered by the companies’ agreement are virtual GPU Software,  Quadro Virtual Data Center WorkstationDGX Systems and Tesla GPUs.

“Many of our government customers, technology vendors, integrators and reseller partners are already leveraging Nvidia’s technology, applying the power of the GPU for everything from supercomputing, virtual reality, and autonomous machines, to artificial intelligence and deep learning,” said Craig Abod, president of Carahsoft and a four-time Wash100 awardee.
