Mark Santamaria, former chief financial officer of Mission Essential, has been appointed as senior vice president and CFO of Cobham‘s advanced electronic solutions sector.
He will oversee the sector’s legal organization, contracts and compliance efforts and will also serve on the board of Cobham subsidiary AES Holdings, the company said Monday.
Santamaria previously worked in finance leadership roles at AM General, CACI International and The SI Organization.
He also held positions of increasing responsibility during his 24-year career at Lockheed Martin.
