BayFirst Solutions has received a task order to provide risk analysis and data management services to the Transportation Security Administration.
The company said Wednesday it will help TSA manage and maintain the Risk IT System that supports the agency’s risk-based operation and policy development functions, as well as collect information on threats and vulnerabilities.
BayFirst CEO Kevin Gooch said both parties will work to develop “key risk tools, systems, and products to help ensure the safety and resilience of conveyances, facilities, employees, passengers, cargo and surrounding areas.”
Gooch added the partnership also seeks to update analysis processes in an effort to understand potential terrorism risks to transportation systems and infrastructure.
