Viqtory, a veteran-owned recruitment marketing company, has included DynCorp International for the 12th time in its list of Military Friendly Employers.

DynCorp said Thursday it received the recognition for its efforts to hire, retain and promote retired service personnel and their spouses who seek employment in the civilian sector.

“DynCorp International is committed to hiring military talent, knowing first-hand that recruiting veterans and military spouses is not only the ‘right thing to do,’ but the right thing for business,” said CEO George Krivo.

The McLean Virginia-based government services contractor surpassed the Military Friendly standards by margins of 36 to 80 percent based on surveys and publicly available data.

EY conducted an independent assessment of the scoring methodology for the list based on Viqtory’s criteria.
