More than 100 government and industry leaders took part in the Space 2.0 Accelerator program in Washington, D.C., to help connect the U.S. Air Force, NASA and other agencies to commercial space technologies, the companies said Wednesday.
The six space firms with over $60M in venture capital funding are:
- Infinite Composites Technologies
- Kepler Communications
- Metamaterial Technologies
- RBC Signals
- Slingshot Aerospace
“Space-technology has long been used to address everyday problems, and government agencies are continuing to use innovation solutions to solve their most pressing challenges,” said Brett Loubert, a principal and government and public services space industry lead at Deloitte’s consulting business.
“We look forward to working with Dcode to help drive the partnership between government and commercial organizations closer,” Loubert added.
Deloitte and Dcode announced their partnership on the Space 2.0 Accelerator program in September.
