The U.S. Air Force has released a draft solicitation for a potential $95M multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the performance of construction projects at a military installation located in New Mexico.

A FedBizOpps notice posted Monday says the contract has a 60-month ordering period and will cover design, repair, maintenance and minor construction efforts for the Kirtland Air Force Base.

Services under the contract may also include utility work and modernization of facilities, as well as development of roads, roofs and airfield sidewalks.

Task orders under the contract are priced from $250K to $10M and the USAF intends to solicit 5 to 7 IDIQ contracts for active businesses operating in New Mexico.

Interested parties may send clarifications to the draft solicitation through Jan. 17.
