DynCorp International has provided a $10K donation to the Coast Guard Foundation to support the military branch’s personnel affected by the partial government shutdown that began Dec. 21.
The nonprofit organization converts money to gift cards that are then given to Coast Guard employees who have not received pay due to a funding lapse, the company said Wednesday.
George Krivo, DynCorp CEO and a 2019 Wash100 winner, said the company supports “the men and women of the Coast Guard who continue to serve without pay and put their lives at risk for our nation.
