Lockheed Forms Spectrum Convergence Business; Deon Viergutz Quoted - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Lockheed Martin has established a spectrum convergence business to integrate electronic warfare, signals intelligence and cyber capabilities, C4ISRNET reported Tuesday.

“This was a recognition that we needed to make a significant shift in the organization structure to be able to be that much more responsive” to clients, Deon Viergutz, vice president of spectrum convergence at Lockheed, told C4ISRNET in an interview at West 2019.

Viergutz said he oversees a portfolio of programs covering multiple domains, including Distributed Common Ground System, under Lockheed’s spectrum convergence business.
