Aaron Worles, controller at OBXtek, has been promoted to vice president of finance and accounting at the Tysons Corner, Va.-based technical and logistical services provider.
He will lead and oversee the firm's accounting operations, financial plans and all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reports, OBXtek said Tuesday.
Worles joined the company in 2016 and led its implementation of procedures to increase cashflow and reduce days sales outstanding.
The more than 18-year commercial and government contracting veteran previously served as senior accounting manager of general ledger at PAE.
OBXtek offers cybersecurity, enterprise service management, information technology engineering, intelligence, logistics and software, cloud and mobility services.
