The U.S. Navy has selected five small businesses to support maintenance and repair projects at a U.S. Marine Corps base camp located in North Carolina and the surrounding area under a potential five-year, $40M contract.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command received 12 proposals for the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via the Navy's e-commerce website, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The awardees are:
- Joyce & Associates Construction
- Olympic Enterprises
- Owens Construction
- Pyramid Contracting
- TE Davis Construction
Joyce & Associates won a $498 initial task order to perform head repairs at Building 1747 at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune's Building 1747. The projects is scheduled for completion in July.
The service branch will use fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds on the first and succeeding orders.
