Harris, Exacom Form Mission-Critical Comms Partnership - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Harris and Exacom have teamed up to integrate the latter’s voice logging recorders with its radio systems to provide a comprehensive communications platform for the federal government, public safety, transportation, commercial and utility sectors.

Harris said Wednesday it expects the partnership to help advance collaboration on technology development efforts and deliver tech platforms to its network of customers and resellers.

Ryan Carson, director of strategy and product management at Harris’ public safety and professional communications business, said the partnership expands both companies’ work to provide recording platforms for mission-critical communications systems.

Exacom has been providing multimedia recording systems for defense, government and public safety personnel since 1986.
