Lookout‘s mobile security application has been listed in the First Responder Network Authority catalog of apps designed for use by first responders.

The company said Wednesday Lookout for Work completed a thorough review process to become FirstNet Listed and available for subscribers of the AT&T-built nationwide public safety communications network.

The assessment included security, relevance and data privacy tests.

Lookout designed its tool to protect mobile devices from web-based threats, phishing, malicious apps, spyware, vulnerability-based threats and network-based cyber attacks.
