TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 13, 2019 — Pragmatics named Roberta Gosling in February as the new vice president and general manager in charge of its federal civilian division, where she will lead efforts to expand and deliver information technology services to government agencies, GovCon Wire reported March 4.
