General Atomics has recognized 71 vendors that supply components to the San Diego-based defense contractor's aeronautical systems business.
Twelve companies accepted "Supplier of the Year" awards and the remaining 59 suppliers received gold or silver level recognition for demonstrating exceptional performance, General Atomics said Monday.
Awardees were unveiled during the GA-ASI Supplier Performance Awards ceremony and presented to the top 6 percent of the unit's supply base.
The business produces remotely piloted aircraft, tactical reconnaissance radar and electro-optic systems.
