General Dynamics‘ information technology business secured a potential $42.5M contract to help the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency maintain software platforms, applications and databases that store web-based GEOINT content.
NGA announced the contract award in a FedBizOpps notice posted posted Monday. Work will include sustainment of the agency’s Active Earthscape, Aeronautical Content Exploitation System, Consolidated Surface Production Environment, Geomatics, GeoNames and Navigation Safety System.
These platforms and applications are designed to process GEOINT data for the National System for Geospatial Intelligence architecture.
The agency procured the services after conducting a full and open competition.
