BenchmarkPortal has granted an award to Maximus Federal in recognition of customer contact services at the government support firm's center in Brownsville, Texas.
Maximus said Wednesday it received the "Call Center of Excellence" award, an honor given to firms ranked within the top 10 percent of surveyed contact centers.
Awardees are determined based on different performance factors including efficiency, effectiveness, cost per call, waiting time and customer satisfaction.
Maximus' Brownsville-based contact center works to assist beneficiaries on enrollment in federal health care programs. The center is Maximus' 15th facility to have been named a Call Center of Excellence.
