Carahsoft Technology has agreed to distribute Markforged-built 3D printers in the federal market and reseller network through a governmentwide acquisition contract vehicle managed by NASA.
Markforged said Wednesday its additive manufacturing hardware, software and service offerings are now available via Carahsoft's position on the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contract.
According to Markforged, customer agencies can use its industrial-grade 3D printing systems to build metal and carbon fiber components. The printers also work to help military personnel create parts in remote locations or harsh operating environments.
