Great Eastern Group Wins Navy Offshore Support Vessel Contract

Great Eastern Group has won a potentialÂ $52.8M contract fromÂ the Military Sealift Command to deploy an offshore support vessel for theÂ Sea-Based X-Band Radar resupply mission, according to an award noticeÂ posted ThursdayÂ on FedBizOpps.

The small business set-aside contract has a one-year base period, three option years and an additional 11-month option. The companyÂ willÂ deliver the vessel to Dutch Harbor, Alaska.

Great Eastern Group is a Florida-basedÂ woman-owned company that engineers marine platforms and offer program management services to defense customers.
