Space technology and engineering services provider a.i. solutions has received NASA's Large Business Prime Contractor of the Year award in recognition of the company's support work at the Kennedy Space Center.

Lanham, Md.-based a.i. solutions said Thursday its team of engineering and technical personnel help the agency manage the Launch Services Program.

The recognition was part of the space agency's 2018 Small Business Industry Awards. The company also received NASA Agency Small Business Prime Contractor designations in 2010 and 2014.

Founded in 1996, a.i. solutions offers space mission engineering, launch services, emergency management, software applications and missile defense systems assurance.
