Textron's Airborne Tactical Advantage Co. subsidiary has received a one-year, $55.6M contract modification to provide Type III high subsonic and Type IV supersonic aircraft to fleet customers of the U.S. Navy.

The Naval Air Systems Command exercised the fourth option year under the Contracted Air Services contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

ATAC will perform work in Virginia, California and various locations outside the continental U.S. to support various airborne threat simulation activities.
